Fabio is Director of Indexes Marketing Europe at Morningstar with 15 years of experience working in marketing across multiple financial services firms. Originally from Switzerland, Fabio worked in Europe’s major financial centres, including Zurich, Frankfurt and London.

Prior to driving the European marketing strategy for Morningstar Indexes, the fastest growing part within Morningstar as well as the currently fastest growing indexes provider in the market, Fabio built the demand generation approach for Morningstar’s main products and services across the EMEA region.

At Morningstar’s EMEA headquarters in London, Fabio is the DEI lead for the EMEA region ensuring the broader topic of diversity and inclusion is placed firmly on the company agenda, acting as a liaison between senior leadership, Talent and Culture as well as external professional associations and organisations.

Additionally, Fabio is the founder of Out@Morningstar; the employees resource group that builds a platform for LGBT colleagues at workplace. This group is a safe space and is meant to provide support for the community to feel accepted and valued beyond being just a professional, but for the wealth of their personal experiences. Fabio is the driving force behind Morningstar’s annual Pride event which keeps growing in scale bringing the wider financial services together celebrating the LGBT community.
