Cheryl presently leads the commercial development of Sustainalytics in the ASEAN region. She joined Sustainalytics in 2020 and is responsible for market development initiatives to educate and collaborate with Banks on sustainable finance transactions and has provided technical guidance on some of the region’s landmark transactions. Prior to joining Sustainalytics, Cheryl spent 3 years with HSBC’s Global Banking division covering large real estate names in Hong Kong. She has experience in credit risk management, loan negotiations, bond issuances, corporate finance, and ratings. Cheryl received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Durham University in the United Kingdom and has worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and London.
