Marcy Pike, Senior Vice President, Fidelity Investments / Chair, FISD Executive Committee
Marcy Pike manages the Alignment COE with the responsibility to ensure Fidelity business unit teams effectively utilize Fidelity’s Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations capabilities. Fidelity is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services Marcy joined Fidelity in 2009 and led establishing the enterprise market data capability at Fidelity. This role included delivery and management of real time market data, real time news, and history and analytics content for internal consumption and external delivery to Fidelity retail and institutional customers. As part of this effort key capabilities in market data expense management, inventory management, information management and vendor management were also implemented. During her Fidelity tenure, Marcy has also served as Head of Human Resources for Fidelity Technology, leading the development of the technology talent strategy and providing human resources operational support to Fidelity Enterprise Technology functions globally.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Marcy was an Associate Partner at Wellington Management Company, LLP where she implemented and managed the Investment Information Services function delivering market data and research services globally. Marcy has also managed market data at Harvard Management Company, managed the institutional pricing team at the Boston Company/Mellon Bank and began her career in various roles at Interactive Data Corporation. Marcy is a graduate of Simmons College, Chair of the FISD Executive Committee and a member of the SIIA Board of Directors.
