Letter to Senate Small Business Committee on Concerns Related to the American Innovation and Choice Online Act

Certain special interest groups are working overtime to create the impression that the American Innovation and Choice Online Act enjoys broad popular support, and that it would be a boon to small- and medium-sized businesses. But as we explain in this letter to the Chair and Ranking Member of the Senate Small Business Committee, these arguments are unsupported by the data. Voters have expressed strong opposition to the bill because it would undermine U.S. global leadership, make it harder for SMEs to serve their customers, and harm the broader economy.
