This is a well-done contract as it clearly spells out the expectations and duties of an editor-in-chief of a peer-reviewed journal broken down through clearly marked numbered sections. The contract has a nice addition of paying the conference registrations and hotel nights for events in which the EIC could meet potential authors, a nice perk.
