Mathieu Maronet holds a Master degree from EDHEC Business School, and obtained the CFA and CESGA certifications.

He started his career at AXA Group as a Financial Risk Manager in 2007 and joined AXA Investment Managers in 2012 first as a Portfolio Risk Engineer and then as an ESG quantitative analyst before taking the responsibility of the ESG Quant team in 2018 in charge of the climate strategy and the proprietary ESG scoring model of AXA IM.

Then he joined La Banque Postale Asset Management in 2019 as the deputy Head of the ESG Solutions team, in charge of implementing their 2021 ambition to transform 100% of their products offering into SRI (French Label ISR).

In September 2021, Mathieu Maronet joined Swiss Life Asset Managers as Head of ESG for Securities, in charge of defining the sustainability strategy of the company and overseeing its implementation.
