Mary is an execution-oriented executive leader with a successful track record leading teams and businesses for over 20 years.  Mary is currently the Group Head of Customer Success at LSEG, leading a team of over 700 professionals globally to deliver exceptional customer value and drive revenue growth through retention.   She has held senior leadership roles in NY and London leading Business, Product and Sales organizations, driving transformation and growth. 

Mary is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (YGL) 2015.  She serves on the Board of the Grace Institute in NY helping to economically empower women and is a senior member of the Women’s Bond Club.  Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Fordham University in New York.  She resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
