Jim Greco is a Managing Director at Radkl (the cryptocurrency trading affiliate of GTS) where he is the head of the Quantitative Trading team. The Quantitative Trading team makes proprietary markets on global crypto venues, on decentralized exchanges, and with OTC counterparties. Jim has been active in crypto since 2015 and currently serves as a member of the board of managers for Gemini, one of the largest U.S. cryptocurrency exchanges. Prior to Radkl, Jim was a rates trader at Jefferies and the CEO/founder of Direct Match, a U.S. Treasuries ATS. Jim started his career as a software developer and rates trader at Getco, one of the first high frequency trading firms.
