The SIIA Marketing Executive Council is a group of software industry executives wanting to share best practices, network with peers, and provide thought leadership for events such as webinars, conferences, and roundtable discussions. The Marketing Council usually consists of CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and from larger companies, heads of marketing from operating divisions. The council is concerned with issues and trends that are affecting most software company's marketing plans including; lead generation, public relations, advertising, channel strategies, channel development, corporate and product positioning, etc.
